Clean, dust, mop, straighten all rooms. Incudes bathrooms, counters, all living areas, occasional deep clean to include window sills and doorframes. No laundry or dishes, but change (provided) linens. First clean will be deep clean to get everything to where it needs to be on an ongoing basis.
