Weekly Household Clean / Laundry

We live in a 3 bedroom / 2bath townhome, approx 2k sq ft. We are looking for someone to clean (sweep/vacuum, tidy, organize, mop, surface wiping, make/replace bedsheets, take out trash, dusting, etc) and do our family laundry.
