Whole House cleaning (Home and Basement)

I would like someone to come in to my home that I just closed on. There is no furnishings yet. I am looking for a deep clean of basement and living areas so that I can have a fresh start before I start to move in my furnishings. I would like the person to clean in all of the hard to reach places. There is a slight presence of mice.
