We are seeking professional housekeeping services for a standard cleaning of a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium. The scope includes:

* General Cleaning: Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization throughout the unit.
* Specialized Kitchen Cleaning: Deep cleaning of kitchen appliances (including the refrigerator), countertops, and flooring. Please note that grease buildup may present a challenge in some areas.
* Time & Staffing: The job is estimated to require two people for two hours, or an equivalent staffing arrangement.
* We require that all cleaning staff have a verified safety background and demonstrate a friendly, respectful demeanor.
