Family of 4, with two career parents, looking for a self-directed, domestically intuitive Family Assistant to start part-time in July (choosing 6–12 set weekly hours between 8-4).

In addition to daily household rhythms (laundry, tidying, and kitchen upkeep), we need someone who can independently tackle organizational tasks. This includes function-based work like pantry storage, sorting kitchen cabinets, maintaining and organizing kids' zones by evolving age and needs, and handling seasonal clothing transitions.

A Note on Our Lifestyle & Aesthetic: We are an eco-friendly household choosing low-toxin living, composting, recycling, low-waste and donating. We appreciate an aesthetic of organized abundance rather than strict minimalism. We keep supplies for art, gardening, sports, and creative projects, and we need someone who appreciates space efficient, functional storage systems for these activities, rather than default-purging to repurchase cycle.

The ideal candidate is a structured thinker, proactive, and open to sporadic childcare when school cancellation coincides with their shift.
