I have a 3 bed, 2 bath ~1370sq ft condo that I would like cleaned monthly (or bi-weekly depending on cost). The condo is inhabited by an adult female, adult male, and not-quite 2 year old toddler. Our main concerns are cleaning the bathrooms, kitchen, and wood floors. We clean and organize regularly, but do not have time for deep cleaning. The house will be tidy when you arrive so you will not be asked to put toys, laundry, or dishes away. We have a dedicated entrance with keypad so you will not need a key; however, there are two stories of stairs to get to the condo. The condo is on the second and third floor of a formerly single family house.
