We have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that need to be cleaned regularly - once per week. We have 1 additional bedroom and 1 additional bathroom that will need to be cleaned occasionally (every few months).
Vacuuming and mopping one the main floor needs to be done twice per week. General dusting - once per week. Kitchen counters and general tidying up - every visit. Dishes - as needed, likely every visit.
Laundry (clothes and sheets) as needed - likely something will need to be washed every visit.
