Hi there - My mother, who lives in Chevy Chase is moving out of the home she has lived in for 30 years. The movers are coming on Monday, but she needs an extra set of hands to help her box important books and papers and also to move the boxes out of the way into downstairs rooms so they can be easily picked up by the movers. My mom has a very sharp mind but it has been a monumental task to move out of this house following the death of my dad and I don't want her to feel overwhelmed. She also has bad back so I don't want her lifting boxes of books and potentially injuring herself. Looking for someone who can be a cheerful, helpful and reassuring presence in this situation. The House is on Hunt Ave in Chevy Chase off Wisconsin Ave. There is street parking. I live in Los Angeles and unfortunately could not leave my kids this weekend.
