My dad is transitioning to living mainly alone now that my mom is in a nursing home, and we'd like to get him some help with household maintenance, including cleaning kitchen, dining room, living room, hallways, bathrooms, and bedrooms, running some errands, and general maintenance chores, if applicable. The whole house has laminate flooring or tile, but there are area rugs. They do have an old dog, who may need some love and affection as well.
