Looking for someone to maintain 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, and two living rooms. Occasionally 1 child's bedroom.

New to housekeeping services so would really appreciate someone with patience and willing to work with us to describe normal expectations, pay rates, etc. Would like services at least once a month just again, unsure how it all works...
