General housekeeping needed for a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home in SW Rochester, MN. Have 2 small, friendly dachshund dogs. Looking for standard cleaning of kitchen (including stove, microwave), bathrooms (including shower/tub, toilets, mirrors), bedrooms (making of beds) and general living areas (i.e. family room, loft, office, stairway, hallways; dusting, windows, floors and walls, removal of garbage). Looking for service every 3 weeks or so. Need someone hardworking, trustworthy, detailed, and dependable. Prefer an independent cleaner rather than a cleaning company. Prefer a consistent person/team rather than a rotating person/team. Prefer you bring cleaning solutions and supplies. Can pay cash. Must have insurance and references.
