3 bedroom 1 and 3/4 bathrooms 1600 square foot townhouse. No basement. One person and one large dog live in the home. Recently renovated main floor, so currently dustier than would normally be the case. Hard floors on main level. Carpet on the stairs and bedrooms upstairs. Hard floors in the upstairs bathroom. The upstairs will be remodeled this winter as well.
