We are needing someone to clean our house either weekly or every other week. We would prefer someone to come on Tuesdays, Thursdays, or Fridays, but are willing to be flexible on that for the right person. I indicated 3 hours on the "duration", but we only need someone to be there as long as needed to get the house clean. The rate is also negotiable. Duties would include vacuuming, dusting, cleaning bathrooms (typical cleaning). We have 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, but our finished basement just flooded a couple of weeks ago (2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom in the basement), so until we re-finish the basement, we would just need our main floor (kitchen, living room, dining room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms) cleaned. Our house is about 2,800 sq. ft., but the main floor is only about 1,700 sq. ft. I would think our basement would be redone within the next couple of months. Thank you! Jennifer
