Monthly cleaning. The house has 3 bedrooms, but only one is used regularly, 3.5 bathrooms but only 2.5 are used regularly. I am flexible on the day of the week, and am unsure of the time. Pet and smoke free home. Ranch with finished basement, approx 3500 sq feet. I do not know what a reasonable rate is.
