Hi! I am a disabled adult living with two cats. I am seeking someone to do regular cleanings (once/wk - once/2 wks), with deep cleanings every so often where needed.

- house is ~ 1200 sq ft
- 1 full, 2 half baths
- major rooms are 2 bedrooms, living room, and dining room
- I would NOT expect litterbox cleaning, I can handle that.
- Any day of week is fine, time of day is preferred to be after 12pm.

I checked "Specialized Cleaning" as I have a specific job for my popcorn ceilings -- a previous cleaner kicked up a bunch of dust that got stuck in spiderwebs in it and it's... a challenge.

I am navigating complex medical conditions, including T1D. If meal prep is something you enjoy, meal prep with specific carb counts would be a huge boon, though not required.

I have many knickknacks/fragile items, so care must be taken around them. I'd rather not everything get done than work be rushed and things broken.
