We have a 5000+ sq ft home with 3 floors and are looking for a reliable cleaning service that can guarantee that the same crew is assigned to our home each time. We also require that at least one member of the crew can speak English and can help communicate to other team members as needed. We have several items in our home that require special care (natural stone in the bathroom, high quality area rugs, etc..) and have certain specific requirements for those areas. We also must insist on the guarantee that it will be the same crew each time or at least one of the team be a constant as we have a specific routine that we like and prefer to build a relationship of trust and familiarity with the team that comes in. We do have a dog that is approximately 25lbs and will bark loudly upon seeing guests initially come into the home and then will quickly go back to sleep.
