We have a 3 bedroom home (not including the basement-which would not be included) and several pets (but not a lot of pet hair). We only have wood floor throughout. I mostly want to keep clean floors under furniture as well and have someone clean bathrooms but other tasks would be helpful as well to keep up such as cleaning the refrigerator front, cabinet fronts and glass end tables.
