Weekly housekeeping

Need this occasionally (once per week maybe on weekends). 3 hrs max. Location very easily accessible by PATH. Will provide all products
1. Cleaning and mopping of floors.
2. Bathroom cleaning
3. Cleaning of surfaces, mirrors, appliances
4. Folding laundry
5. Changing linens
6. Trash removal
7. Kitchen cleaning
Would prefer someone with great reviews, references and background checks done.
