The scope of what we need is general cleaning; probably bi-weekly to start. Dusting, Vacuuming, mopping, surface cleaning, glass cleaning. We have a battery powered LG vacuum with two batteries that can be used. Cleaning supplies can be provided. The house is a three bedroom, but one is used for storage, and will not need to be cleaned. There is also a first floor laundry room that will not need to be cleaned. Estimated cleaning area is approximately 1500 square feet or less. There are two small dogs that live at the house, but they will either be crated, or taken out of the house while you are there. Things would likely work best if we, and our baby leave the house while you are there. Weekend days are preferred. We will have the house picked up prior to your visit, so no pickup or organization should be needed, however we do have a one year old, so there may be an occasional toy that needs to be picked up. Pay rate is negotiable.
