General cleaning on a regular basis and general repairs as needed

- $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
as above; need someone every 3-4 weeks for whole house cleaning such as mopping and vacuuming. Dusting and cleaning bathrooms. How many bathrooms needing to be cleaned is variable. Always 2 but sometimes 3 if I have guests. Also window washing and sweeping the porch and patio. Also dusting baseboards and window cleaning, inside and out occasionally.
Need general home maintenance at times including bringing in and putting away patio furniture, etc. .
