Seeking: Part-Time House Manager / Household Assistant — Staten Island, NY

I'm looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive house manager to help me get my home running smoothly and keep it that way. This is a part-time role (flexible hours, recurring weekly schedule) ideal for someone who loves creating order, takes pride in a well-maintained home, and can work independently once they know the routine.

Responsibilities include:
- Tidying and maintaining a clean, organized home
- Helping unpack and organize rooms (ongoing project)
- Assistance selling items on Facebook Marketplace
- Grocery ordering and light meal prep
- Laundry (wash, dry, fold, put away)
- Weekly "home reset" to keep everything fresh and in order

The ideal candidate is: Detail-oriented, self-motivated, trustworthy, and comfortable working in a private home. Experience with home organization, errands, and meal prep is a big plus.
Hours: 4-5hrs/week — maybe more to start until things are organized
Rate: Negotiable based on experience
