This Retirement Villa (cluster home) was built 3 years ago so working with a very new place. I believe in total it is 1,100 sq/ft with one main room, open concept, attached garage. General cleaning of kitchen, living room and 2 bathrooms including floors, shower, toilets, surface cleaning, etc. My elderly mother is very independent, mobile, in good health and drives. She keeps a clean place and is the only one living in this villa but needs help with some of the more deep cleaning items and surface cleaning. She is not very particular and would be appreciative of the help. She would like this to turn into a regular cleaning on going. Thanks for your consideration.
