Need one specialized clean then routine cleaning

I have a small townhome w/ 1.5 baths.
I need help deep cleaning my place, throwing stuff out, and then cleaning all the rooms. After the initial cleaning, I would need someone to come in once or twice a month for upkeep.
This also has a potential to get a second location if wanted.
Thanks.
