Apartment in Fairmount needs periodic cleaning (I travel a lot for work and am only there occasionally). It is a bi-level apartment with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom on the third floor. There's a small kitchen and large living room on the second floor. there is just an entranceway and stairs leading up on the first floor.
