Seeking a reliable person to sweep and tidy a residential block in Francisville every other week. Must bring your own tools (outdoor broom, dustpan/scoop,d). Duties: sweep sidewalks and curb lines, clear litter around tree pits, collect and bag trash, and place filled bags at a designated spot for pickup (or dispose per agreement). Light weeding in sidewalk cracks/tree pits optional if agreed. Must be comfortable working outdoors, walking the block, bending/lifting light bags, and communicating by text. Schedule is flexible but must be completed within an agreed window each cycle. Pay: flat rate per visit, also additional shoveling work during winter.
