I am seeking a daily cleaner and home organizer to help bring order to my home. My home is 1450 square feet, home to 2 adults, 3 kids, a dog, and a cat.

In our initial 3 month engagement, the role will be 3 hours a day, 4 days a week, to allow time to organize, declutter, and implement systems. After 3 months we hope to transition to "maintenance mode," which will be 1 hour a day.

Responsibilities:
- Tidy the living room and kitchen (clear toys, dishes, etc, putting things away where they go)
- Load the dishwasher
- Wipe down table and kitchen surfaces
- Vacuum or run the robot vacuum

Additional responsibilities - first 3 months:
- Declutter, sort, and organize throughout the home
- Help identify items that can be purged
- Implement organizational systems that can be maintained
- Advise on supplies to buy as needed

I need someone who can self-manage, who is excellent at creating beautifully organized spaces, and who will be supportive and non-judgemental through this process.
