One-time Deep Clean and Then Regular Bi Weekly

On the lookout for an addition to our household team. Need a one-time deep cleaning and then looking for regular 3-4 hour bi weekly general cleaning around the household after that.
Weekdays preferred, hours flexible. We have a 3BR, 2Ba apartment of approx 1000 sq ft. No pets or kids but one on the way.
