Specialized Cleaning Occasionally

I need someone to do a good deep cleaning once or twice a month. Dusting, cleaning blinds, cleaning ceiling fans, cleaning light fixtures, cleaning base boards and tops of door jams and air vents, bathrooms (2.5), kitchen, bedrooms (2).
