Need Bi-weekly Cleaner/Laundry

Hi, we are looking for a cleaner and laundry assistance every two weeks. Home is 2500 square feet. Laundry would be for two adults, a toddler, and infant. I am rather particular when it comes to cleaning and laundry and would have a very specific list of the items I would want done.
