This house is a 3 bed 2.5 house, however, I only need the downstairs cleaned as well as the bathroom upstairs. so, 1 master bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms and the rest of the downstairs. Needs a deep cleaning the first time around and then some upkeep down the road.
