We are seeking a responsible and caring individual to assist with household management and supervision of our children while we work. After recent surgery, I have certain physical limitations, and my husband is returning to full-time work. With my own work commitments, we need support to ensure a balanced home environment.

We homeschool our children, who are ages 9 and 10, and they are generally self-sufficient. They are capable of preparing their own meals and managing most daily tasks. However, they require adult supervision and guidance, particularly in following their learning schedule. Our eldest child has high-functioning autism (Asperger's), and your understanding in this area would be beneficial.

The primary responsibilities will include:
- Reminding and assisting the children with their homeschooling schedule.
- Providing supervision and guidance to ensure tasks are completed effectively.
- Performing light housekeeping duties, with occasional deep cleaning tasks to be discussed later.

The position offers flexibility in hours, as our household has varying schedules and needs may change daily. This role is expected to be manageable, as our children are obedient and enjoy helping.
