We are a friendly, growing family seeking a reliable, proactive, and caring Mother’s Help / Household Manager to assist in keeping our home running smoothly during the early postpartum period and beyond. This is a non-childcare role focused on supporting household organization and daily routines.

Role Overview:
The ideal candidate will be someone who takes initiative, is detail-oriented, and enjoys bringing calm and order to a busy home. You’ll play a key role in helping maintain a comfortable and organized environment while we adjust to life with a newborn and beyond.

Typical Day:
Take our two small, friendly dogs for a short 15-minute potty walk
Light daily tidying and upkeep (we have a weekly cleaner)
Make beds and reset rooms for the day
Wash and put away dishes (including baby bottles)
Maintain household organization and keep things running smoothly

Additional Weekly Responsibilities:
Family laundry (washing, drying, folding, and putting away)
Meal planning and preparation for lunch and dinner for a family of 3, including a selective 4-year-old
Grocery list prep and kitchen management (e.g. checking inventory, keeping fridge tidy)

About You:
Trustworthy, punctual, and discreet
Comfortable in a home with young children and dogs
Experience in household management or similar roles preferred
Able to cook healthy, family-friendly meals and work around food preferences
Organized, with a can-do attitude and strong communication skills
