Needs cleaning every 2 weeks for 2 story house

I am looking for help with cleaning 2 story approximately 3000 Sq ft, 3 bedroom, 3 bath, house every 2 - 3 weeks on Friday. Need assistance with:
-Living area: vacuum, dust, organize
-Kitchen: sanitize, clean counters, cabinets, sink, stovetop, microwave, floors
-Bedrooms: change sheets, vacuum, dust, organize
-Bathrooms: sanitize, clean sinks, toilets, bathtubs, showers, dust, mirrors
-Other: clean floorboard, vacuum stairs
