We are looking for a house keeper that can clean the majority of the house on a first time. Things like clean stoves, oven, wash walls/baseboards, full dusting, bathrooms, carpet vacuum/shampoo. Then a periodic maintenance thereafter (i.e. once every other week) for bathrooms, carpet vacuum, general pickup/organization, and if needed, laundry. We have a special needs child that can make messes, so having an occasional break from picking up around the house would be great! We have one dog, but she is good/potty trained/hypoallergenic (doesn't shed).
