I will be moving into the 2 floor townhouse in November and willing to pay $25-$30 an hour for a monthly housekeeper. I have no kids or pets, but do have a partner also living in the home. I'd need monthly cleanings of all bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen. Can move to bi-weekly shorter time cleans if the service is great.

Expectations: Full townhouse indoor cleaning. Vacuuming all carpet and mopping all tile flooring. I can provide the mop, bucket and vacuums since I have serious pet dander allergies and wouldn't want things used from other homes ideally. General cleaning and dusting of surfaces (counters, dressers, desks, etc). No laundry washing/drying service needed but it would be great if you could make the beds. Bathroom cleanings must include sink, toilets and shower/rub cleanings. If there are any dirty dishes in kitchen, please wash them during your cleanings too. Please contact me if interested, open to a different schedule. Some Fridays or any Saturday is preferred.
