We are seeking a reliable and trustworthy housekeeper, affectionately referred to as our "Alice" from the Brady Bunch, to provide support with household chores and organization. Our ideal candidate would be available to work 3-4 hours, twice a week, to help maintain a clean and tidy home.

My husband and I are both full-time working parents of two active boys, aged 12 and 15. With our busy schedules, we find it challenging to keep up with household responsibilities, particularly in the kitchen and common areas.

Our primary areas of need include:
1. Kitchen Support: We struggle with keeping the kitchen clean, including:
* Loading and unloading the dishwasher
* Wipe down kitchen counters and sink
* Cleaning up after meal prep and snack time
* General kitchen organization
* Food preparation & snack preparation
2. Bathroom Cleaning: We would like our housekeeper to focus on:
* Cleaning the bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and bathtubs
* Restocking toilet paper and soap
* Ensuring the bathrooms are tidy and hygienic
3. Floor Care: As time permits, we need assistance with:
* Sweeping floors in high-traffic areas
* Mopping floors as needed
* Vacuuming high-traffic areas
4. Organization: Again, as time permits, we appreciate help with:
* Maintaining a clutter-free living space
* Organizing toys, books, and other household items
* Assisting with laundry and folding/hanging clothes

Our ideal candidate, our "Alice," would be:
- Reliable, trustworthy, and punctual
- Experienced in housekeeping and organization
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable with cleaning products and equipment
- Willing to be at our home when our boys arrive home (snack & reminder to start their homework)
- Pass a background check and provide references

We are looking for a housekeeper who can work 3-4 hours twice a week at times that are convenient for both our family and the candidate.
