General duties:
-tidy and organize rooms
-clean bathrooms
-clean kitchen, living, dining area; especially counters and floors
-dust/vacuum/mop stairs
-specialty cleaning (e.g., recurring baseboard cleaning)
-house maintenance (e.g., paint touchups)
-organizing requests
-errand requests (e.g., UPS)
