Looking for standard cleaning every other week

My home is a 2400 sq ft home with a main floor, an upstairs, and one room in the basement (that is infrequently used). I have a dog and primarily spend my time on the main floor and occasionally have guests stay upstairs. Most of the cleaning is needed for the main floor. I try to keep my house organized but my bedroom can be cluttered. I am flexible on pay
