We are a busy, dual-career family with two young children seeking a highly organized, proactive, and warm In-Home House Manager who will also provide limited after-school care during weekday afternoons.

This role is primarily focused on running the day-to-day operations of our home so family life feels calm, organized, and predictable — with approximately two hours per day of after-school childcare for our Kindergartener and daycare pickup for our younger child.

Household Operations
    •    Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming home environment
    •    Daily reset of common areas (kitchen, living room, mudroom, play spaces)
    •    Manage dishes and kitchen cleanup
    •    Handle laundry end-to-end (wash, fold, put away)
    •    Change linens and towels on a regular schedule
    •    Manage household inventory and restock supplies proactively
    •    Coordinate with cleaners and household service providers
Errands & Logistics
    •    Grocery shopping and/or online ordering
    •    Dry cleaning, pharmacy, post office, and package returns
    •    Manage deliveries and package intake
After-School Childcare & Family Support
    •    Pick up our Kindergartener from school
    •    Pick up our younger child from daycare
    •    Provide approximately 2 hours of after-school care on weekdays
    •    Prepare and serve healthy snacks
    •    Support homework, reading, and quiet play
    •    Facilitate outdoor play or simple activities
    •    Maintain calm, structured transitions until parents return
Meal & Kitchen Support
    •    Assist with weekly meal planning
    •    Prep ingredients and cook simple family meals 2–3 times per week
    •    Prepare children’s lunches and snacks
    •    Keep fridge and pantry organized and stocked
Home Administration & Projects
    •    Maintain household and family calendars
    •    Schedule appointments and coordinate vendors
