maintenance Housekeeper
Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented housekeeper to support the upkeep of a 3-bedroom apartment. The role focuses on maintaining a clean, organized, and comfortable living environment through routine housekeeping tasks, with occasional deep cleaning and basic maintenance support.

Core Responsibilities
1. General Cleaning

Clean and tidy all areas of the apartment (bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living spaces)
Dust surfaces, furniture, and fixtures
Vacuum and mop floors regularly
Clean and sanitize bathrooms (toilets, sinks, showers, mirrors)
Take out trash and replace liners

2. Kitchen & Dishwashing

Wash dishes and load/unload dishwasher as needed
Wipe down countertops, appliances, and cabinet surfaces
Maintain cleanliness of sink and stovetop
Organize kitchen items when necessary

3. Toy & Home Organization

Organize and tidy children’s toys and play areas
Maintain general organization in shared spaces
Ensure commonly used items are put back in their designated places

4. Laundry (Light)

Wash, dry, and fold laundry as needed
Occasionally assist with light ironing
Help keep laundry areas organized

Occasional Responsibilities
Deep Cleaning (Periodic)

Clean baseboards, windows, and blinds
Deep clean kitchen appliances (e.g., oven, refrigerator)
Thorough bathroom cleaning, including grout and tiles
Rotate and refresh cleaning in less frequently used areas
