We're looking for an experienced and proactive housekeeper to help manage and organize our busy townhome. Both adults work full-time from home and we have a toddler, so we need someone with the skillsets to help us maintain an organized and tidy living space.

Responsibilities:
-General Tidying & Cleaning
-Laundry (with training)
-Kitchen & Pantry Organization
-Main Living Space Organization: Over several months, working with us to create organizational systems for the first-floor living area

Weekly Schedule:
-Mondays (Morning, ~3hrs): Post-weekend reset, including thorough tidying and cleaning
-Fridays (Afternoon preferred, Morning acceptable, ~3hrs): End-of-week tidying and cleaning to ensure a calm and organized home for the weekend.

Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a housekeeper, preferably in a family home with young children.
-Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and a knack for creative storage solutions.
-Reliable, trustworthy, and punctual.
