General help with house upkeep. Sometimes deepclean

757 sqr foot apartment. Would love to get pantry/kitchen area organized. Shower, W/D closet in bathroom, fridge, and oven needs cleaning. Maintenance includes minor caulk repair in shower, replace oven light and gasket of oven door. Sweep, vacuum, mop, and dust entire apartment.
