We are looking for a great nanny for our 2 children in Fort Smith. We use the Montessori method at home and gentle parenting methods (consequences over punishment). We are looking for someone who can also help with light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying up, etc.) and who is comfortable with light cooking and prep for the kids. We have a 4. 5-year-old boy and a 1. 5-year-old girl. 3 paid days PPT (sick leave) 5 paid days of vacation 5 paid holidays Paid sick leave for serious communicable diseases (COVID, Flu, Strep) We consider our nanny to be part of our family and look forward to welcoming him/her to our home!
