I am a work-from-home mom looking for a reliable, patient, and caring babysitter to help with my 3-month-old daughter approximately 3–4 days per week while I work. My regular work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, but I am open to discussing a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities would include feeding, diaper changes, soothing, and engaging in age-appropriate activities. I will be home working but need someone who can provide attentive care so I can focus on my job.

Experience caring for infants is preferred. I am looking for someone dependable, trustworthy, and comfortable communicating with me throughout the day. References are appreciated. Schedule and compensation can be discussed.
