Loving family looking for a responsible Nanny!

We are a Christian family recently relocated from Arizona to Rogers, AR, looking for a kind and loving nanny to care for our sweet 20-month-old baby girl. We also have a small, friendly Pomeranian, so comfort with dogs is a must. Mom works remote so would be home working and running errands.
The ideal candidate MUST have experience working in a daycare, preschool, or early childhood center. Teaching and supporting her developmental skills is very important to us. Light housekeeping and meal preparation as needed are also part of the role.
Location: Rogers, AR
***Part-time schedule will rotate weekly — one week will be Monday through Thursday, and the following week will be Monday through Wednesday only, from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Flexibility is appreciated, as occasional additional days or hours may be needed depending on our work schedules.
