We are two full-time physicians seeking a Morning Family Assistant to join our calm, loving home with our 6-, 4-, and 2-year-old children. We value teamwork, open communication, and genuine care. Role includes morning routines, school drop-offs, household tasks, and occasional full childcare on non-school days. Must be proactive, patient, and a safe driver. Schedule: Mon–Fri 6:30 AM–12 PM, 27 hrs/wk + optional weekend hours. $25–$30/hr DOE + benefits. 1–2 overnights/month. Start ASAP.
