Part-time nanny for one infant during afternoon time

We are a family of 3. Have a daughter who will be 4-5 months before we start looking for an awesome nanny.
It will be during afternoon time 12PM-4PM on weekdays. Both of us are working at home. During this time, we are looking the baby to be fed (probably 1 time), change diapers, and help her take naps. Baby light laundry might be here and there in between. Otherwise, it will be really easy just playing with our baby.
