We’re an active family with two young kids—Dad’s a trauma surgeon, Mom’s a physician assistant and dietitian turned stay-at-home parent. We’re seeking a kind, patient caregiver to provide consistent, respite-style support a few times a month. Our 3-year-old son has autism, loves books, music, and swimming, and thrives with gentle, intentional engagement. Our 1-year-old daughter is sweet and playful. Ideal candidates are calm, compassionate, eager to learn, and can drive if needed. $29–$35/hr DOE. Start ASAP.
