We need are looking for parttime (but longterm) nanny for our soon to be 2 children in Phoenix. Our daughter is 3.5 and our baby is due in June. The nanny's main priority for now would be the toddler. She is in activities for the mornings some days, and so pickup from those and help into the afternoon would be great. Once I am off maternity leave in September, there will be some crossover coverage needed for both children, but my husband and I both work from home so we are often times available. We will increase the rate for 2 children. Some light tidying up would be part of our caregiver's responsibilities. We are hoping to find a long term part of our family!
