We are looking for a caring, and responsible nanny to support our teenage daughter and assist with household and family tasks, starting early August 2025. This is approximately 30 hours per week. The ideal candidate enjoys working with teens, is organized, tech-savvy, and thrives in a dynamic but structured environment. The schedule includes potentially a few mornings and M-F weekday afternoons/Evenings. Exact timing may vary slightly based on school dismissal, our discussion, activities, or events. No weekends are required. However, flexibility is important as the schedule will occasionally shift to accommodate early release days, school breaks, or calendar changes at Chaparral High School. A core responsibility of this role is school and activity transportation. The nanny will drive our daughter to and from school, appointments, practices, tutoring sessions, and social events. Punctuality and safety are a must, as is a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. This position also includes household support. Grocery shopping daily laundry, and dishes are also part of the routine. You will run errands: drop off dry cleaning, handling returns, or picking up items. Light administrative support is also expected: scanning and organizing documents, managing appointments, and updating a shared Google family Calendar. Familiarity with Google Docs, Google Drive, and shared digital files is important, as we use these tools to stay organized. The right person for this role is warm, attentive, and self motivated. They should be a strong communicator who can maintain open and respectful dialogue with both our daughter and us as parents.
